Federation Place is a 6-storey building which incorporates the adaptive reuse and conversion of an existing warehouse built in 1902 to a residential apartment building with new building elements.
As facade consultants, the works involve protecting the existing brick facade and preserving the aesthetic of the original building.
Demlakian are also the project’s waterproofing consultants, bringing the waterproofing details and specifications up to compliance with the Australian Standards AS4654.2 and AS3740 as well as the National Construction Code.
